Multicultural Shakespeare: Translation, Appropriation and Performance 5 (20) consists of inspiring articles which focus on various aspects of global Shakespeare, including Italian interpretation of Shylock by Ermete Novelli, adaptations of Shakespeare in Romania, Spanish translations of Othello, Shakespearean criticism in Poland, the construction of gender identity in relation to clothing during Renaissance times and the position of Shakespeare in arts curriculum in multicultural Canada.
