Tom tematyczny pt. „Stanowienie prawa i legislacja” powstał w wyniku realizacji projektu grantowego „Centrum Oceny Skutków Regulacji Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego” na Wydziale Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego. Na numer składa się kilkanaście tekstów dotyczących dobrego prawa, przyzwoitej legislacji, zastosowania ekonomicznej analizy prawa do przewidywania skutków społeczno-gospodarczych regulacji, a także mankamentów polskiego systemu prawa oraz prób jego reformy.
Publikacja zawiera rozważania z zakresu prawa konstytucyjnego, teorii i filozofii prawa, prawa podatkowego, administracyjnego, europejskiego, karnego oraz cywilnego, a także ekonomicznej analizy prawa.

The thematic volume entitled ‘Lawmaking and Legislation’ is a result of the grant project ‘Centre for Regulatory Impact Assessment at the University of Warsaw’, realized at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. The issue consists of over a dozen texts on good law, good legislation, the application of economic analysis of law to predict the socio-economic effects of regulations, as well as the shortcomings of the Polish law system and attempts at its reform.
The publication contains reflections on constitutional law, theory and philosophy of law, tax law, administrative law, European law, criminal law and civil law, as well as economic analysis of law.
